Remote Proctoring Terms and Conditions

You understand, acknowledge and agree that you will be recorded, and you have no right to privacy at your current location during the exam testing session and you waive any and all claims to asserting a right to individual privacy or other similar claims.  You are also acknowledging that there may be separate and additional terms and conditions laid out by the test sponsor for the purposes of test integrity and security. You also consent to the processing of this personal information by pValue dba Certiverse.

By providing your personal information for the purpose of taking an exam, you acknowledge, consent, and agree to the video recording of your face image, voice, desk, room and workspace which will be captured and recorded during the testing session.

By accessing this website and clicking confirm you understand, acknowledge, and agree that any inappropriate or wrongful conduct, as determined by the test proctors, witnessed while monitoring your testing session at the current location will be reported by pValue dba Certiverse to the test sponsor and may also be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agencies. 

You shall comply with all applicable state, federal and foreign laws, regulations, and rules, and complete all required undertakings including obtaining any necessary license or other governmental approval, prior to using the website. You represent and warrant that your use of the website does not violate any law of your jurisdiction. If the use of the website violates the laws of your jurisdiction, you shall immediately discontinue use of the website.

By clicking confirm you are agreeing that if any third party determines you engaged in any misconduct as outlined below it may lead to the voiding of your exam results and suspension or termination of your candidacy. If your testing session is terminated for these or any other reasons you will not receive a test fee refund.

Misconduct is any activity or conduct that compromises or attempts to compromise the reputation, integrity, validity, or security of the exam. This includes conduct occurring during enrollment/registration, as well as conduct before, during, and after the administration of the exam.

Misconduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • Giving or receiving assistance on the exam including attempting to communicate with fellow candidates or other persons during the exam or on unscheduled breaks, and/or using books, papers, or other study aids during the exam.
  • Opening, working on, or reading the exam during a time not authorized by the testing personnel.
  • Attempting or removing exam materials from the exam.
  • Taking part in an act of impersonation or other forms of cheating.
  • Failing to follow the directions of testing personnel before, during, and after the exam.
  • Using unapproved calculators, mobile phones, cameras, headsets, computers, tablets, wearable technology such as fitness tracking devices, smart watches, or any other remote communication or photographic devices, during the exam.
